| Run Laps | The Sprint race run route is all inside the Cradle Moon resort and the 5km run route is all on open, clear dirt roads. There will be two water tables on the 5km route which loops out into the bush and back to the finish area. | The ULTRA race run route is made up of 3 x 7km laps. Each lap comes back past the transition and Finishline area, making it super spectator friendly and fun for the Ultra competitors. 20% of on paved roads and 80% on unpaved dirt roads.
